Sara’s insurance career began in 1991, building a distinguished careers across claims, sales management, and branch leadership with major insurers. She joined P&C Insurance in 2006 and became co-owner in 2009, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence. Sara holds a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) and is a Chartered Insurance Broker.
As Director and Operations Lead, she oversees daily operations including human resources, compliance, and finance. She is passionate about cultivating a supportive, high-performing workplace culture and designing systems that empower the P&C team to deliver exceptional service and results.
